Cuvée Louis Zero 2013 is now available. Our flagship zero-dosage assemblage of old-vine parcels in Œuilly — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier — aged for nine years on lees before disgorgement. The 2013 vintage's natural acidity makes zero dosage not a statement but a necessity: nothing should be added to this wine.

Cuvée Louis Zero with aged Mimolette — the wine's zero dosage austerity is the perfect counterpoint to the Mimolette's crystalline, caramel intensity. The combination is unexpectedly complex: the wine opens up in the presence of the cheese in a way it never does alone.

We have farmed the same land for fourteen generations. Each new vintage is a conversation with the ones before it. Our oldest parcel — La Vigne d'Or — was planted by my grandfather in 1947 and has never been replanted. The massale selection that evolved over seventy years is irreplaceable.
