Drawing on an exceptional network of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards across the appellation, Thiénot produces wines of consistent elegance and precision. The Vintage Brut, sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels, is a benchmark for the house style — restrained, mineral and built for the table rather than the aperitif.
