Family-run Récoltant-Manipulant established in 1958, cultivating 7 hectares across 7 villages (Aÿ, Pourcy, Hautvillers, Cumières, Damery, Venteuil, Château-Thierry). Vineyard composition: 44% Pinot Meunier, 39% Pinot Noir, 17% Chardonnay. Known for reasoned viticulture, traditional methods optimized with modern technology, oak barrel aging, and ovoidal clay/stoneware vats since 2011.
