About
A family estate in Oger with roots stretching back to 1640, making it one of the oldest wine-growing families in the Côte des Blancs. Laurent Vauversin, the fifteenth generation, converted the estate to certified organic viticulture in 2014 — the first producer in Oger to achieve organic certification. The house farms just 3 hectares of 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru, producing around 18,000 bottles annually. The wines are vinified with indigenous yeasts, aged in old oak, unfiltered and low in sulphur — poetic, ethereal expressions of Oger's deep chalk.
