Family domaine founded by Raoul Bouché (cooper), now in fifth generation under Antonin. 4+ hectares across Côteaux Sud d'Epernay villages (Moussy, Vinay, Brugny-Vaudancourt, Saint-Martin d'Ablois). Focus on natural viticulture (70% massale selection, no chemical herbicides/insecticides), HVE and VDC certified. Long aging on fine lees, minimal intervention, wood-aged (600L fûts, inox, concrete, enameled steel), no fining/filtration.
